Media

SECTION B: TERMS OF SERVICE & SHIPPING POLICY
1. Order Process
- Contact Before Payment: Due to the highly customizable nature of our handmade items, customers must contact us (via Instagram DM or Website Chat) to discuss requirements and availability before making a payment.
- Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- Service Area: We currently ship to addresses within India only.
- Third-Party Delivery: We use standard third-party courier services (e.g., IndiaPost, BlueDart) to deliver your packages.
- Delivery Timeline: While we dispatch orders on time, CoreMemory is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company due to weather, holidays, or operational issues. Please place orders well in advance of your required date (especially for Valentine’s Day).
3. Damage & Liability
- Packaging: We take extreme care in bubble-wrapping and securing your handmade items (especially glass frames and chocolate bouquets) to ensure they leave our Indore facility in perfect condition.
- Transit Liability: Once the package is handed over to the courier service, CoreMemory is not liable for any damage, breakage, or loss that occurs during transit. By placing an order, you acknowledge that shipping risks are undertaken by the buyer.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
As a general rule, we do not offer standard refunds on our products. However, we want you to be satisfied with your experience. If the product shipped to you is defective, or if you simply do not like it upon arrival, we offer a specialized return program to help make things right.
Please note that we do not offer 100% full refunds under any circumstances. Preparing, packing, and shipping your order requires hard work and incurs operational costs. To cover these expenses, a 10% handling and labor fee applies to all returns. The maximum refund you will receive is 90% of your original purchase price.
How the Refund Process Works If you need to return a defective or unwanted item, the refund is split into two stages to ensure a smooth process for both parties:
- Step 1: Send Your Delivery Receipt: To start the return process, you must contact our support team and submit a copy of your official delivery receipt proving that you received the product.
- Step 2: Immediate 75% Refund: As soon as we receive and verify your delivery receipt, we will immediately issue a refund for 75% of your purchase price.
- Step 3: Ship the Item Back: You will then need to ship the product back to our facility.
- Step 4: The Remaining 15% Refund: Once the returned product is successfully delivered to us, we will issue the remaining 15% refund to your original payment method, bringing your total refund to the maximum 90%.
